JRA Product Annual Support Plans for SearchPDF and PDFMetamaker are optional, but highly-recommended. The support plan for SearchPDF 2.0 also includes a source code reversion agreement as described below. Product Support Plans are not offered for PDFPublish and JRA FirstPage, as these are Windows desktop applications.  Minor upgrades are offered at no cost, and major upgrades will be available for a discounted upgrade price.
