We can create custom applications that transform and generate PDF files to your specifications. PDF files can "matted" into new PDF files, watermarks and footers can be added to PDF, and bookmarks, hyperlinks and named destinations can be generated.
4. Front-end integration with Scan-and-Index Applications
We can help you with scanning, image enhancement, metadata collection and integration of the applications performing these tasks to PDFPublish, which will generate final searchable PDF files.
5. Web Submittal Page Design and Implementation
We can design web submittal pages that will allow users to upload document content along with the entry of metadata for this content. The uploaded files, if not already PDF, can be automatically converted to PDF and then automatically search-indexed by SearchPDF.

National Fuel Gas Procurement Division Erie, PA
Designed and wrote a custom conversion application to convert Keyfile image-based documents to a new OnBase document management system. Ran the conversion on-site.
MIT - Lincoln Laboratory Lexington, MA
Developed and implemented a complete document management system for MIT - Lincoln Laboratory, Divisions 3 and 8. Included scanners, scanning software, image enhancement software, OCR software, and the design and implementation of web-based search and retrieval software.
West African Examinations Council Lagos, Nigeria
Created a custom forms processing system for the West African Examinations Council for application processing. It performs OMR, OCR, ICR and additionally captures a student photograph from the form. Responsible for both the design and the development of the system. Customized Cardiff forms processing and developed custom imaging processing software.
Odyssey Press Inc Gonic, New Hampshire
Designed, integrated and installed a digital publishing system for this ultra short-run publishing house.
Two scanning/publish work stations allow Odyssey Press to use either hard copy or electronic files (either of which can be used to create searchable, linked files) to produce CD's. This system is networked to the Xerox Docutech to permit simultaneous delivery of print documents and CD's.
